Cost

    The price schedule for all infertility care is on  the attached page at bottom.  You can calculate the cost of care using this list.  On a typical cycle, you will only use a few of these procedures.

     We try to maximize the chance of pregnancy and minimize the cost of each cycle.  Care is only intensified, if a patient is not getting pregnant.  

     Olympia Fertility does not accept insurance discounts.  The fee schedule is out-of-pocket (cash pricing).  Washington State does not mandate insurance payment for infertility care.  Some patients have Health Savings Account, which can be used for infertility by federal law.  Because infertility treatment only comes with an estimated per cycle pregnancy rate, I do not recommend borrowing money for treatment.
